No, it's not for Christmas.. in this part of Dresden (called the "Neu Stadt"="New City")live lots of young people, there are many pubs and particular buildings, and there is this place which is like a yard "among some houses" where two walls have particular decorations. One is this one :), and on the wall on the other side there are finnels as decoration. It's really beautiful :)
